Single Malt Peated Whisky 700mL

Distilled and aged in our distillery on the edge of Princess Royal Harbour in Albany, this complex and elegant Single Malt Whisky is made from premium local barley and pristine local water, then distilled with care in our traditional small batch copper pot stills. The malted barley has been smoked with hand foraged peat from the Valle of the Giants near Albany, then matured in a second-fill 200 litre ex-bourbon American oak barrel. Exhibiting spice and floral aromas when neat, a splash of water unleashes malted barley and complex smoky aromas. Limeburners Peated Whisky has a full-bodied taste and a superb smooth finish. Limeburners Single Malt Whisky is truly remarkable and distinctly Australian. Enjoy!
