Budburst Gin 700mL

The first in Barossa Distilling’s Seasonal range. Our Budburst Gin is an expression of spring and summer in an exquisitely flavoured gin. This gin creates a style of its own, distilled with carefully selected botanicals, including Juniper, Vanilla, Macadamia, South Australian Oranges and Lavender. We finish the Gin with two additional special ingredients; to add a complexity of flavour we add White Frontignac from one of Barossa’s finest producers, a deliciously fruity and floral wine and to give us the wonderful pink colour we use Australian Native Currants and a natural colour. Garnished with Strawberry and a splash of soda or tonic it is the perfect partner to a Summers day.
