Dry, Light Bodied style of Other White BlendThe Riesling fruit - which accounts for 53% of the blend - was sourced from three different growers in the Eden Valley. Known for its crisp, delicate Rieslings the Eden Valley fruit provides zesty acidity and citrus notes, while the Traminer (36%) fills out the mid-palate nicely with its soft and plush palate texture. The Sauvignon Blanc (11%) lifts the aromatics of the blend with attractive stone-fruit flavours. The palate has layers of citrus, green apple and some hints of spice. Zippy acidity cuts through the fruit sweetness, providing a clean, crisp finish.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
