Opening a bottle of Bin 707 is always a very special drinking moment, and just a few years maturation in our cellar has taken the experience to another level. Amazingly saturated dark fruit and cassis flavours gently wrapped in a vanilla American oak cloak combine with notes of dark chocolate and black olive. Always one of Australia's very best cabernets, whatever the vintage, celebrate something special now, or cellar for many more years with confidence.

From the Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley, Wrattonbully and Coonawarra, 16 months in 100% new American hogsheads. This is at the other end of the universe compared to Bin 169, quintessentially Penfolds, dangerously drinkable, cassis riding high with a shotgun of black olive on its side. American oak has no business finding compatibility with cabernet, but hey, this is Penfolds at work with a super-complex regional base.
