About this product

classic preserved lemon citrus, with some lime curd and wet granite complexity. The barrel fermentation contributes richness and weight to the mid palate but the finish has typical Great Southern Riesling line with a pearskin and chalky acidity.

Cheap bottles of wine taste nicer than this. I wouldn’t even use it in my cooking. First taste is bitter and sour like I’m eating a yellow grapefruit. Not even drinkable. Would never buy again. Wouldnt even buy from snake and herring ever a
