Lovely and pale with an attractive salmon hue. The nose is gently creamy with strawberry nuances and a little faint spice. The palate is crisp and dry with texture coming from barrel fermentation in old oak. A very satisfying rosé. Drink now. Food: Kingfish ceviche with pink grapefruit.
