The brilliantly focused palate displays bright fruit flavours with lively acidity, finishing persistent and linear. This is one lively, fresh youngster with floral aromatics to the fore. Expect a rush of all manner of apple aromas – apple blossom, apple sauce, green apple – with tangy lemon curd. Gotta love a young riesling that appears light and airy yet has serious intensity bubbling along underneath.
