This spiced rum is hand crafted locally in Queensland by Beenleigh's artisan distillers. Made with local sun-drenched Australian sugarcane and more spice than a prize-winning fruitcake. The smooth palate has hints of citrus, rounded spices and a lengthy finish for slow, thoughtful sipping. The Beenleigh Australian Spiced rum is copper pot distilled and slowly mellowed in ex-brandy vats. It is then infused with aromatic spices including vanilla, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. Family owned and made using sugarcane from Australia's only family owned sugar mill. A gold rum, honeyed in colour, subtle vanilla oak comes through on the nose along with spicy intrigue. Savour neat, over ice or mixed with ginger ale or cola. Perfect for rum cocktails!
