Distilled and bottled in one of the oldest distilleries in Peru's Ica valley, BarSol Quebranta pisco is produced from the first pressing of 100% Quebranta gapes. BarSol Quebranta is pot distilled in small batches and distilled to bottle proof; neither water nor any other ingredients are added, thereby creating an exceptional spirit of exquisite purity, clarity and smoothness.

This is a classic Peruvian Pisco and unfortunately the only one available at Dan’s. Good quality and clean flavours make up for the seemingly high price.

Average Peruvian pisco and so pricey it’s disappointing. Specially when you know how much pisco is really worth. Options available at Dan Murphy’S leave much to be desired. Will shop elsewhere for my pisco.
