Sparkling Shiraz NV

This wine is from Rose’s cellar – making this a rare museum release – a wonderful opportunity to source fine Sparkling Shiraz, ageing beautifully, kept cool in a temperature controlled warehousing facility. The nose and palate are loaded with dark blood plums, mulberry, coffee beans a touch of spice on the palate. It is a powerful dry Sparkling Shiraz, with great depth and length, and fine oak tannins. The fine mousse of the bubble is incredibly delicate, achieved only by this traditional method of making sparkling wine.
