The nose and palate are loaded with dark blood plums, mulberry, coffee beans a touch of spice on the palate. It is a powerful dry Sparkling Shiraz, with great depth and length, and fine oak tannins. The fine mousse of the bubble is incredibly delicate, achieved only by this traditional method of making sparkling wine.

A drier style of a traditional Australian sparkling shiraz produced from a blend of multiple McLaren Vale vintages and with a dose of 20 year old fortified wine. The complex nose shows deep dark plum, mulberry, coffee grounds, cedar and dark spice. The distinctively long, dry finish lends itself to a wide range of food pairing possibilities. Watch how wonderfully this wine develops in the glass as the chill comes off it!
