Pound Road Cabernet Sauvignon

A vibrant, spicy, cool-climate Cabernet with dark berry fruit character and firm tannins in fine balance. The wine is named from the road that runs alongside the vineyard, where a pound for lost animals once stood, now long gone but the historic name remains. 

At a vineyard altitude of 400 metres above sea level the Adelaide Hills allows grapes to develop to full ripeness while retaining fresh cool-climate acidity and elegance.
