Plenty of lees stirring early in the piece. 100% malolactic fermentation. Mostly left unsulphured until just before bottling in December 2020.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
