Vivid purple in the glass - blood plum coloured. A concentrated fistfull of fresh crushed mulberries, nutmegand vanilla along with chocolate hints. Perfectly balanced, satin smooth, plush velvet liqueured cassis, fresh purple berries, plump, juicy and generously flavoured. Flash fired venison or kangaroo would suit this wine.
