PepperjackShiraz 2016
About this product
Question - What's better than Pepperjack Shiraz?
Answer - Pepperjack Shiraz after a few years in the cellar! From its deep bouquet to its mouth-coating ripe flavours, this huge fan favourite gains extra smoothness , and an impression of greater concentration after just a few years in our cellar.
Just entering its prime, the colour has not faded, only the tannins have softened a little to produce a velvet carpet effect along which the rich dark fruit (cherry, blackberry, coconut and chocolate) glides.

91 points The Real Review
Char-oak and earthy, dark fruit aromas. The wine has a lot of impact - it's intense and firm, with plenty of bite. The tannins are tight and firm, the palate long. A wine which continues to over-deliver. Excellent.
