Compact and bristling with intent, this is the most tightly coiled of this estate's riesling triumvirate, with notes of Granny Smith apple, pear gelato and citrus fruit etched along a balance beam of crunchy mineral energy and high toned, juicy acidity. The latter is the key, pulling the saliva from the glands and making one reach for another glass.
