It is made without additions of any kind: sulphur (preservative), acid, tannin or finings. It is medium bodied, fresh, fruit driven wine that is delicious enjoyed as a young wine.

Medium bodied red wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

From possibly Australia's finest Grenache producer, this is a funky Minimal Intervention expression - Preservative Free (hence the PF, but also winemaker Peter Fraser's initials), minimal filtration and natural yeast, this is one for the true 'natural wine' believers. The sort of wine found in hand-blown demijohns of dimly-lit bearded wine bars in urban areas of the world. Stunning. Colour tells you exactly what to expect. Luminescent purple and bright. Pure fruited natural wine expression. Lashings of white pepper, raspberry and vanilla bean. Crunchy, fresh and joyous but with a touch of funky animale. Exactly how preservative free wine should be. Drink young.
