Completely out of left field, this locally made tonic uses raw cinchona bark - sourced from a sustainable farm in Guatemala - to create an earthy, rich bitterness that is simply unique. Further complexed by orange peel, rosemary and a pinch of fleur de sel, this takes tonic in an altogether new, more savoury direction.

Deliciously bawdy, utterly unique - my favourite tonic by far to go with a good gin, it just raises it to another level. So Dirty it’s Clean!

Amazing quality tonic, the Dirty Tonic pairs beautifully with Poor Toms or Four Pillars Gin, however goes perfectly with a wide range of Gins.
