Collaborating on the brew stand were Two Birds' Jayne Lewis, Hop Product Australia's Dave Edney, Goat co-founder Dave Bonighton and current Goat head brewer Ian Morgan. Australian Cascade hop flowers and HPA’s experimental 035 variety were added in the whirlpool and Galaxy hops in the fermenter. The resulting beer was fermented with California Common yeast. The result is a hazy, hoppy, happy birthday brew suitable for celebrating 20 years of rockin’ beers!
