Warm growing conditions in 2016 made fruit rich, ripe and delicious. Dark crimson hue, hints of spice, dark berries and liquorice on the nose flow through to the palate which displays silky, soft, sumptuous tannins. Premium handpicked berries, crushed, destemmed and fermented in open pots. Matured in high end French oak for 12 months.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
