Entertainer Watervale Riesling 2016

Pale straw yellow in colour, with powerful varietal aromatics on the nose of crisp lemon sherbet, soft cream brule and hints of white flowers dominate the aroma. There are subtle undertones of lime juice and floral notes of lavender and green tea. The palate is fine, linear and racy. The fruit up front is of white flower, with hints of minerality mottled in the background. The palate has a richness and abundance of fruit generosity adding power to a very fine and elegant wine. This is a wine that will benefit from time in the bottle and will best show itself from now to 5 years.
