Son of over seven generations of esteemed wine growers, Mr. Chiarlo is today one of the most respected producers of the fine wines of Piedmont and a leading figure in its viticultural industry. Orme Barbera is a selection from several vineyards. It is, according to Italian and foreign magazines, a "Smart Buy" and one of the most popular wines served by the glass in Italian restaurants all over the World. Orme is an excellent Barbera, with classic red fruit profile and an elegant medium body.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
