Our Pale Ale uses Cascade hops to bring out floral aromas with a citrus kick. A higher portion of pale malts results in a lighter pale colour.

Not too floral and not to dry. Old school Pale Ale - pretty sure it's the water and lack of any additives that makes this a proper thirst quencher
