About this product

The nose of this wine is alive with fresh cut citrus, lemon grass, yellow peach and white florals. The palate exhibits and f irm acid drive, with an abundance of citrus, white peach, honey dew melons and gooseberries. It has a tingly, fresh lime finish.

I like a Riesling that is dry with a slight lingering tingle. I’ve become a Jim Barry fan.

Pairs well with fish, has a good depth of flavor (more than Sav Blanc) but not overpowering. Also very drinkable on its own. No sulphite headache afterwards.
