Pale yellow green colour. Intense verbena, camomile, lime zest aromas with some flinty nuances. Beautifully concentrated wine with with lemon curd, lime fruit flavours, tonic water notes, lovely mid-palate richness and long fresh cutting acidity. A delicious mouthwatering wine with the versatility of drinking now or leaving it for a while to developed honeyed, oil skin notes and more richness on the palate. Three months in stainless steel. 95 points. Now - 2030.
