A dry spring and summer was followed with a small hit of rain 2 weeks prior to picking. This allowed the fruit to further develop intense flavours in balance with the acid and sugar. This provided a range of premium parcels which enabled the Claymore Joshua Tree Watervale Riesling to be a true to style regional Riesling with no additions of acid and no additions of any fining.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.

Talc, yellow fruit and lychee nose. Generous, lip-smacking ripe lime flavour with underlying musk and minerality and a soft acid finish. A very well crafted regional wine.
