A refreshing drink with excellent flavour

This has a 'home brew' flavour with the complexity of a professional brew. It mixes well with gin - though that does overdue the alcohol level.

I find ginger beers refreshing and combined with the cider, this drink is just right, spicy and refreshing. Great for a winter's night in front of a fire or on a warm sunny day!
