About this product

Chivas Regal MIZUNARA Special Edition is a Scotch whisky inspired by Japan. It was created by Master Blender Colin Scott with the Japanese palate in mind. Part of the blend is aged in Japanese Mizunara casks. Mizunara is Japanese oak and it's used to age Japanese whisky such as Suntory's Yamazaki Single Malt. This is the first time a Scotch whisky has aged in Japanese wood! It's East meets West in a bottle.

I purchased 2 bottles to bring home from Japan on my last visit. It is the softest and most enjoyable whisky I have ever tasted. For my taste it surpasses even the single malts I have tried.

A absolute wonderful and true classic Whisky. Sip It, Enjoy The Smooth Flow And Whiff Light Woodiness of this absolutely joyful drink. Have had many Chivas Whisky's but non like this one.
