Elegant and delightfully fragrant, showing green apple, lime zest and jasmine notes, it's finely expressed in the mouth delivering juicy fruit flavours with bright acidity, finishing lingering and lively. Beautifully composed and pristine with a lovely poise and delicately lifted aromatics. At its best: now to 2032. 92 Ponts Ken Gargett (Wine Pilot) – Pale lemon in colour, this is a slightly riper and more forward style than some, but certainly none the worse for that. Spices and an array of citrus – lemons, limes, grapefruits. There is a gentle minerally backing. More exuberance appears on the palate and there is excellent length with bright acidity. Enjoy this at any time over the next half dozen years, no doubt longer in good cellars.
