There are flavours of strawberry, cranberry, sakura cherry blossom and spiced red apple leading to a soft long finish.

A truly beautiful dry-style rosé made from 100% shiraz. Typical strawberry-dominated red fruits on the nose, with some subtle floral spicy fennel notes. The palate is light and bright with a creamy strawberry and slightly confectionery musk stick character. Has a zingy, clean acidity. Cellar 4 years.
