A classic Coonawarra Cabernet with pure intense fruit flavours and an elegant yet powerful structure. The palate displays pure dark berry fruits of cassis, blueberry and a hint of sage. The perfect combinations of well established old vines with the elegance of top quality French oak has produced a wine with fine velvety tannins and a lovely long finish.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Great colour; already so juicy, awash with cassis, it can be enjoyed now, although this has been made with the future in mind. The tannins have been polished, and already sit elegantly in the armchair of fruit and oak; it is the finish that puts this into a class of its own.
