Langhorne Creek wines are highly reliable. This carefully cellared Heartland Cab Sauv is a hearty red with a bit of polish. Absolutely "spot-on" for a bbq. Swathes of juicy, minty, fully ripened red fruit soak the taste buds. Kirsch-like in texture and flavour, milk chocolate smoothness and some savoury wood herb notes add to the attractiveness. Light up the "barbie".
