Shiraz

This Etcetera Shiraz colour is a medium/dark red with a vibrant purple hue. On the nose there is a lifted bouquet with the Shiraz fruit expressing hints of plum, clove and pepper. Notes of vanilla and mocha have been added from the use of oak. The fruit from the nose flows onto the palate with the luscious flavours of plum and vanilla giving the wine a long, lingering palate.
