About this product

Artichoke-based bittersweet liqueur enriched by a secret recipe of 13 herbs and plants. The name comes from the word ‘cynarin’ which is an ingredient in artichokes historically know to aid digestion. Unique and complex taste. CYNAR IS A BARTENDERS FAVOURITE TO CREATE DISTINCTIVE AND ORIGINAL COCKTAILS  AND IS ALSO  THE IDEAL PRE AND POST DINNER DRINK.

Excellent aperitif pre-dinner drink and snack, designed to "open" the stomach and prepare it for the main meal, hoever taken after a meal settles the stomach. Whether straight, with ice or mixed a real winner/

Wonderful in all sorts of cocktails. Current favourite is a Colonel Carpano 45ml Cynar 45ml Buffalo Trace Bourbon 22.5ml Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth 1 ds Xocolatl Chocolate Mole Bitters
