Sofi Spritz White Peach and Ginger is an all-Australian and all-natural take on the classic Italian cocktail, The Bellini. Blending white peach and locally sourced ginger over a base of Riesling wine with a dash of soda water. It is a light, refreshing cocktail with a subtle & spicy finish from the ginger. Ready to serve over ice, ideally with a slice of lime and a sprig of fresh mint.

Have purchased all the sofi flavours but have only tried this one so far but it's delicious. Sweet without being sugary and the ginger is not too strong. I thought they might taste very strong with the wine but the balance is perfect. Highl

Hands down beats any Pop Fizz Flavored pre-mix on the market. very easy to drink, in a good range of flavors, apparently about to become a larger range. Highly recommend trying this, even if you are not a wine drinker
