Sofi Spritz Lemon & Elderflower is an all-Australian and all-natural take on a classic Italian wine cocktail the Hugo Spritz. The recipe is Lemon & Elderflower over Riesling with a dash of sparkling water which gives a bitter-sweet taste with fragrant herbal notes and a crisp, refreshing finish. Ready to serve over ice, ideally with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.

Tried this for the first time and the flavour is awesome...Perfect with ice and mint...Totally awesome product and interesting story to boot.

Hands down beats any Pop Fizz Flavored pre-mix on the market. very easy to drink, in a good range of flavors, apparently about to become a larger range. Highly recommend trying this, even if you are not a wine drinker

I thought it would taste like a cruiser. Totally different and refreshing. Tried the blood orange and just as good. Not too sweet. Will definitely buy again. Very nice
