I Am George Shiraz Cabernet is vibrant crimson with purple hues. Fragrant dark berries and lifted spice. Layered with leaf and choc mint combined with mocha cedar oak. To taste - Dense plum and blackberry balanced with nutty toasted oak. The blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon provides the synergy for a softly rounded mid palate finishing with stylish structural tannins.
