About this product

An abstract of earth, wine and gin. Handcrafted in a single small batch and aged in a French Oak Pinot Cask. Spouting a striking pink glow, a sweet and earthy palate with an incredibly smooth and delicate finish. Pronounced botanicals Juniper, Cardamom, Cinnamon and Citrus.  A warming gin that is fantastic neat, on ice or in a cocktail.

Used to get this Gin as a special treat as it’s not the cheapest and weirdly only comes in a 500ml bottle. Used to. It’s so good this is all a drink now, tuned into a right gin snob. So much flavour, must be the French oak shiraz barrels
