About this product

Delicate nose with fresh lemon zest, green apple and pear notes which are enhanced by a subtle savoury complexity. Fresh, fruit driven palate with a fine persistent bead. Layers of cream and softness, derived from the bottle fermentation are complemented by the crisp, clean finish.

Don't know much about wine but I know what I like and this I like. Not to serious and pretentious like some bubbles out there, just good quality creamy and delicious. And, as an added bonus, there is none of that troublesome foil around the
