Dry, Medium Bodied style of Pinot NoirA textbook vintage which saw the serendipitous confluence of quality and quantity. A dry winter saw an early start for budburst though a cold spring spell eased the growth and the mild weather continued for pretty much the entire season allowing the growth cycle to realign and extend ripening allowing the fruit to ripen perfectly, as long as water was available as it was also pretty dry.

Medium bodied red wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Identical vinification to Delilah except for the inclusion of 33% whole bunches. The colour isn't as clear or as bright as its sibling, and while its flavours are more complex, the whole bunch inclusion has been intrusive.
