About this product

Margaret River Shiraz can be just as impressive as Caberent from the region. Dark berries with peppery, earthy complexity are hallmarks of the style. Sandalford product of of the regions best examples here.

Sampled this at a recent family tasting day and was caught off guard by the smooth rich upfront dark berry profile and lack of pepperyness and tannins on the finish for a Shiraz. I argued it was a very good Cabernet Sauvignon from Margaret

A very smooth and well balanced wine if allowed to breath for an hour or so before drinking. If you’re eating some premium red meat then this is the wine.
