Moo Brew Pilsner is made in the traditional style with a crisp hop aroma, balanced by light toast, almost biscuity malt character. Easily mistaken for a lager made in the home town of the style, Plzen, this lager is classically refreshing with a soft mouth feel.

Cracking aroma and bitterness. You can really get the clarity of the Tassie water with the German hops. Calling it Australia's best Pilsner 10/10
