Peel EstateWest Australia Chardonnay
About this product
There are magnificent ripe peaches on the bouquet, quite intense and with hints of toasty oak behind the fruit. Burgundian complexity. The palate is quite restrained with the modified fruit component showing the effects of barrel fermentation and lees ageing. The structure is quite European with a silky mouthfeel and “sucked pebble” minerality to the finish. This is quite a complex wine and will show its best with food
