About this product

Intensely flavoured, and true to its McLaren Vale origins, the 2014 Blass Grey Label Shiraz commands attention from the first sniff -. dark fruit, licorice, char and a touch of chocolate cake to begin with. The full frontal attack continues in the mouth with pleasantly assertive blackberry, dark chocolate, coal dust, black pepper and aniseed flavours. It's begging to be enjoyed with something that's been char-grilled. The colour, the boldness and vibrancy lead us to believe that there's at least another 5 years maturation before it hits its peak. The finish is long, fresh and refined.
