PenfoldsRWT 2014
About this product
After several years of trialing, the first ever vintage of Penfolds RWT Barossa Valley Shiraz was released in 1997. Ever since then the popularity of this wine increased and became one of the iconic red wines representing the true blue taste of Australia. A beautifully complex wine, fruit driven with ripe juicy dark fruits and plums along with mixed spices on the palate. The tannin structure has a strong but pleasant presence, framing the flavours towards a tastful and lengthy finish.

Vintage 2014
97 points
Opulent, awesome in both its power and velvet texture. A gorgeous swollen river of dark, sun-ripened fruit, toasted spices, mocha and cedar, superbly enhanced by high quality, tight-grained French oak. Very much a "special occasion" wine, we've carefully looked after it for 5 years. Now it's your turn. Drink or keep for another 10 years - your choice.
