Dry, Light Bodied style of Pinot NoirLight red with raspberry tint. This wine is fine and charming on the nose with aromas of little black fruit, soft spices and Kirsch. The palate is round in mouth, with aromas of red fruit and liquorice laying in a nice tannic structure, showing delicacy and elegance. Best served at 15°C, with grilled lamb, veal or pork, game, tapas and soft /medium cheese.
