James Boag Epicurean is Australia's first premium beer range specifically created as a perfect accompaniment to fine-dining cuisine. Co-created as the perfect accompaniment to fine dining by renowned chef and Aria owner Matt Moran, sommelier Matt Dunne and head innovation brewer, Simon Hanley, James Boag Epicurean White was created in a single batch and is best savoured in a wine glass, to allow the full spectrum of flavours and notes to shine through.  Brewed with the careful use of specially-sourced 100% Tasmanian Enigma hops, and 100% Tasmanian Super Pride hops for bittering, it is delightfully refreshing and dry. White brings subtle floral aromas to the nose, hints of fruit to the palate and closes on a crisp, clean finish. The beer is the perfect match for lighter seafood and poultry that’s been char-grilled for a smoky flavour.
