Cremant To Die For is a playful take on Cremant de Die, an appellation for dry sparkling wines located halfway up the Rhone Valley on its Eastern side.

Cremant To Die For is a blend of 85% Clairette Blanche, 10% Aligote, and 5% Muscat. It is made in traditional Champagne method, with a minimum of 12 months on lees. Pale gold in colour, with aromas of citrus and subtle almond meal. The mousse is soft and gentle on the palate, balanced with a subtle, fruity sweetness. A light, pleasant, easy-drinking sparkling wine.
