At one time all pinot grigio was coloured pink, complements of the colour of its skin. Laterly, winemakers have often chosen not to allow the juice to stain. In this case the delicate, eye-catching pink colouring has been retained. The wine excites with its ripe pear, apple and red berry flavours accompanied by zesty, crisp and cleansing citrus notes. This is a tantalising, fresh delight.
