Pinot Noir, fermented with a portion of whole berries, was blended with Pinot Gris and Pinot Meunier to create a bright, fresh tasting wine with pure fruit flavours and subtle yet distinct spice characters that will leave you wanting more.

This is likely the first time this blend has been done anywhere in the world - and what a lovely treat it makes. The pinot noir provides structure, juiciness and cherry flavours, the pinot meunier gives depth and dark fruit notes whilst the pinot gris adds heady spice and texture. Bingo! It's a winner!
