Sunday didn’t start with a gap to fill. It started with a table that was already full - long lunches, second bottles opening before the first was empty, the kind of afternoon that carries into the evening, without anyone quite realising. We just noticed that not everyone at that table was always drinking and, perhaps it was time to rewrite the invitation. Our Sunday Collection starts the same way our other wines do - premium cool climate fruit, crafted with care to retain the character each variety is known for. Nothing about the winemaking is a shortcut. The alcohol comes out last, through a careful process that separates it from the wine and rebuilds the wine around everything that was left behind - the character, the texture, the reason you would pour a glass in the first place. A bright and refreshing non-alcoholic Rosé, crafted from premium cool-climate Pinot Noir with zero alcohol. Juicy raspberry, white cherry and strawberry flavours come together in a soft, smooth palate, balanced by crisp, elegant acidity. With its vibrant pink blush and fresh, fruit-driven style, it’s a refreshing Rosé for any occasion.
